Mr. Paresh Nagrani – Founder & Managing Partner

Early Career (2003 – 2007): Mr. Nagrani began his professional journey as a Sales Executive with Huawei Telecommunications (I) Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, gaining vital experience in business operations and customer engagement.

Real Estate Entry (2007 – 2011): He joined Macrotech Developers Ltd. (now Lodha Developers Ltd.), contributing significantly to landmark projects such as Lodha Casa Bella (Palava), Lodha Imperia (Kanjurmarg), Lodha Primero (Lower Parel) and many more.

Entrepreneurship (2011 – 2018): Founded Capricorn Properties, a consulting and broking firm specializing in affordable housing across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Successfully led a team of 30 professionals and collaborated with reputed developers to sell nearly 1,000 units, generating inventory sales worth ₹200 Crores in 7 years.

Construction Foray (2018 onwards): Founded Magnus Builders and completed 3 premium affordable housing projects, delivering ~1,00,000 sq. ft. in Thane (Badlapur) with a focus on quality construction and timely execution.

Ramdoot Housing: Represents the natural progression of this journey — retaining the same people, values, and principles under a refined identity poised for greater impact.

Renowned for his hands-on leadership and uncompromising standards, Mr. Nagrani ensures that every project is completed within 24–36 months, offering customers certainty of possession and peace of mind.
